How to Become an ODELA Restaurant Partner

Step 1 — Create Your ODELA Account

Register for an ODELA account or sign in if you already have one.

Step 2 — Add or Claim Your Restaurant

If your restaurant is not listed, use Post Free Your Business to create a listing.

If your restaurant already appears on ODELA, use the Claim Your Restaurant process instead of creating a duplicate listing.

Step 3 — Complete Your Business Profile

Provide accurate information about your restaurant, including:

  • Business name
  • Category
  • Description
  • Address and location
  • Phone and WhatsApp details
  • Opening hours
  • Products, menu, or services
  • Facilities
  • Photos
  • Website, where available
  • Other requested business information

Step 4 — Complete Verification Where Required

ODELA may request verification to confirm that you are authorized to represent the restaurant.

Step 5 — Start Managing Your Presence

After applicable approval or verification, use the available ODELA business tools to maintain your profile and connect with customers.

ODELA may provide free business-listing functionality as well as optional paid membership plans and promotional services.

Reviews & Ratings

ODELA users may be able to rate and review businesses.

Restaurant partners must not attempt to manipulate ratings or reviews through fake accounts, incentives for misleading reviews, threats, harassment, or other improper practices.

Businesses may report reviews they believe violate ODELA’s Review Policy or Community Guidelines.

Keep Your Information Accurate

Restaurant partners are responsible for maintaining accurate information on their profiles.

Please update information when there are changes to:

  • Location
  • Opening hours
  • Menu or services
  • Business status
  • Facilities
  • Website
  • Other important customer information

Partner Responsibilities
