These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the ODELA website, accounts, business listings, reviews, ratings, reservations, memberships, advertisements, and other services offered through the platform.

By accessing or using ODELA, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and other applicable ODELA policies.

If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the platform.

3. User Accounts

Certain ODELA features may require an account.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your login credentials.

You must not knowingly allow unauthorized persons to misuse your account.

4. Account Eligibility

You must be legally capable of agreeing to these Terms & Conditions or use ODELA under appropriate parental, guardian, or other lawful authorization where required.

ODELA may restrict account creation or particular services where necessary to comply with applicable requirements.

5. Account Security

You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless unauthorized use occurs without your involvement.

If you believe your account has been compromised, contact ODELA promptly.

ODELA should never require your UPI PIN, card PIN, internet-banking password, or similar financial authentication credentials through support communications.

6. Business Listings

ODELA may allow businesses to create, claim, or manage listings.

Business information must be accurate, genuine, and compliant with our Listing Policy.

ODELA may review, correct, reject, merge, restrict, suspend, or remove listings where appropriate.

7. Business Ownership Claims

Only legitimate owners, managers, authorized employees, or representatives should claim a business.

ODELA may request verification before providing business-management access.

Submitting fraudulent documents or falsely claiming another business is prohibited.

8. Business Verification

ODELA may verify certain businesses, accounts, or ownership claims.

A Verified badge indicates that an applicable ODELA verification process has been completed.

Verification does not constitute a guarantee, certification, recommendation, or endorsement of the business, its products, services, safety, quality, or future conduct.

9. Accuracy of Business Information

ODELA aims to provide useful business information, but we cannot guarantee that every listing is always complete, current, or error-free.

Information such as:

  • Prices
  • Menus
  • Products
  • Opening hours
  • Phone numbers
  • Addresses
  • Facilities
  • Offers
  • Availability

may change.

Users should confirm important or time-sensitive information directly with the relevant business.

10. User-Generated Content

Users may be able to submit content such as:

  • Reviews
  • Ratings
  • Photos
  • Business information
  • Comments
  • Reports
  • Other contributions

You remain responsible for content you submit.

You must have the necessary rights or permissions to submit such content.

11. Licence to Display Submitted Content

By submitting content intended for publication on ODELA, you grant Odela Technologies a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, display, format, and distribute that content as reasonably necessary to operate, promote, secure, and improve ODELA.

This licence does not transfer ownership of your intellectual property to Odela Technologies.

12. Reviews & Ratings

Reviews should represent genuine experiences and comply with our Review Policy and Community Guidelines.

ODELA prohibits:

  • Fake reviews
  • Purchased reviews
  • Rating manipulation
  • Review extortion
  • Fraudulent competitor reviews
  • Other deceptive review practices

ODELA may moderate or remove reviews that violate applicable policies.

13. Negative Reviews

A business is not entitled to removal of a genuine review merely because it is negative.

Businesses may report reviews they believe violate ODELA policies.

Purchasing a membership, advertisement, or featured listing does not give a business control over genuine customer reviews.

14. Photos & Media

Users must have appropriate rights to photos, videos, logos, or other media they upload.

ODELA may remove media that violates applicable laws, intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or platform policies.

15. Restaurant Reservations

ODELA may provide reservation or table-booking functionality for selected businesses.

Submitting a booking request does not necessarily guarantee a reservation.

A reservation should only be considered confirmed when appropriate confirmation has been provided by the restaurant or through the applicable booking process.

16. Restaurant Responsibility

Restaurants are responsible for managing their:

  • Table availability
  • Booking confirmations
  • Customer service
  • Opening hours
  • Prices
  • Menus
  • Food preparation
  • Service quality
  • Applicable licences
  • Other business operations

ODELA generally acts as a platform facilitating discovery and communication and is not the restaurant providing the underlying food or hospitality service.

17. Membership Plans

ODELA may provide free and paid business membership options.

Paid features, prices, validity periods, and benefits will be communicated through the applicable membership offering.

Users should review the plan details before making payment.

18. No Guaranteed Results

Purchasing a membership, featured listing, advertising campaign, or other promotional service does not guarantee:

  • Leads
  • Calls
  • Messages
  • Reservations
  • Customers
  • Sales
  • Revenue
  • Positive reviews
  • Particular search rankings
  • Website traffic
  • Business growth

Results may vary significantly.

19. Payments

Where ODELA provides paid services, payments may be processed through supported third-party payment providers.

You are responsible for verifying the amount, service, and applicable terms before completing payment.

20. Refunds & Cancellations

Refund and cancellation eligibility is governed by the applicable service terms and ODELA’s Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Purchasing a service does not automatically create an unrestricted right to a refund after the service has been activated or delivered.

21. Advertising

Advertisements, featured listings, and sponsored content must comply with the ODELA Advertising Policy.

ODELA may reject or remove advertisements that are misleading, unlawful, inappropriate, or inconsistent with platform policies.

22. Offers, Discounts & Coupons

Businesses are responsible for the accuracy and fulfilment of offers they publish.

ODELA does not guarantee that every third-party offer, discount, coupon, product, or service remains available.

Users should review applicable terms directly with the business.

23. Acceptable Use

You must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy.

You must not use ODELA to:

  • Commit fraud
  • Impersonate others
  • Manipulate reviews
  • Publish unlawful content
  • Distribute malware
  • Gain unauthorized access
  • Abuse platform functionality
  • Send spam
  • Circumvent restrictions

24. Intellectual Property

The ODELA brand, website design, logos, software, platform features, and original content owned by Odela Technologies are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

ODELA is primarily a discovery and information platform.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, Odela Technologies does not manufacture, prepare, sell, or independently guarantee products or services offered by businesses listed on ODELA.

Business transactions and services are generally between the customer and the relevant business.

34. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Odela Technologies will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar losses arising solely from third-party business conduct, third-party services, user-generated content, or use of information obtained through ODELA.
