Finding a Business

Use ODELA search to discover restaurants and businesses by:

  • Business name
  • Category
  • Location
  • Cuisine
  • Other available search filters

Open a business profile to view available information such as photos, description, products or menu, facilities, contact details, location, reviews, and other business information.

Contacting a Business

Where available, business profiles may provide options such as:

  • Call
  • WhatsApp
  • Website
  • Address
  • Directions
  • Other contact methods

Business contact information is provided for convenience and may be supplied by the business or other available sources.

Account Help

Sign In

Use the Sign In option to access your ODELA account.

Registration

New users can create an account using the registration options available on ODELA.

Please provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure.

Forgot Your Password?

Use the password recovery option available on the Sign In screen to request a password reset.

Never share your password, OTP, UPI PIN, card PIN, or other authentication credentials with anyone claiming to represent ODELA.

Business Owner Support

Add Your Business

If your restaurant or business is not currently listed, use Post Free Your Business to submit your listing.

Claim an Existing Business

If your business already appears on ODELA, do not create an unnecessary duplicate listing.

Use our Claim Your Restaurant process to request management access.

Business Verification

ODELA may request verification before approving certain business claims or management requests.

Updating Business Information

Business owners should keep their listing information accurate.

You may need to update:

  • Opening hours

If you cannot update important information through your account, contact ODELA support.

Incorrect Business Information

Found incorrect or outdated information?

Please report it to us and include:

  • Business name
  • ODELA listing URL
  • Incorrect information
  • Correct information, if known
  • Any useful supporting details

Our team may review the information before making changes.

Reviews & Ratings

ODELA may allow users to submit ratings and reviews about their genuine experiences with businesses.

Reviews should be:

  • Genuine
  • Relevant
  • Respectful
  • Based on actual experiences
  • Consistent with our Review Policy and Community Guidelines

Businesses and users may report reviews they believe violate ODELA policies.

A negative review will not normally be removed simply because a business disagrees with the customer’s opinion.

Table Booking Support

Some businesses may provide table-booking functionality through ODELA.

Availability and confirmation depend on the individual business.

Submitting a booking request does not necessarily guarantee a reservation unless it has been appropriately confirmed.

For problems relating to a specific reservation, customers may also need to contact the restaurant directly.

Membership & Payments

ODELA may provide free listings and optional paid membership, featured listing, advertising, or promotional services.

Before purchasing a paid service, review:
