ODELA may remove misleading or expired promotions.
7. Advertiser Responsibility
Advertisers are responsible for:

- Compliance with applicable laws
- Fulfilling advertised offers
- Customer service
- Intellectual property rights
- Taxes and other legal obligations
Approval of an advertisement by ODELA does not transfer these responsibilities to Odela Technologies.
8. Sponsored & Featured Content
Paid placements may be identified using labels such as:
- Sponsored
- Featured
- Promoted
- Advertisement
or another appropriate disclosure.
ODELA may determine the placement, format, duration, and presentation of advertising content.
9. Advertising and Search Results
Purchasing advertising or a membership plan does not guarantee permanent placement or a specific organic search position.
ODELA may use various factors to organize regular business listings and search results.
Paid promotional placements may be displayed separately or identified where appropriate.
10. Advertising Does Not Influence Reviews
Advertising relationships do not give businesses the right to manipulate customer reviews or ratings.
Advertisers may not:
- Purchase positive reviews
- Create fake reviews
- Require positive reviews in exchange for benefits
- Threaten users over legitimate reviews
- Artificially manipulate ratings
- Demand removal of legitimate negative feedback solely because they are paying advertisers
Reviews remain subject to ODELA’s Review Policy and Community Guidelines.
11. No Guaranteed Results
Advertising on ODELA does not guarantee:
- Leads
- Calls
- Messages
- Website visits
- Reservations
- Customers
- Sales
- Revenue
- Positive reviews
- Specific rankings
- Business growth
Advertising performance can vary depending on factors such as location, demand, competition, campaign quality, pricing, business reputation, and customer interest.
12. Advertising Charges
Advertising charges may depend on:
- Advertisement type
- Placement
- Duration
- Target location
- Campaign scope
- Visibility
- Available inventory
- Other agreed campaign requirements
Applicable pricing and payment terms should be communicated before a paid campaign is confirmed.
13. Payment

Refund eligibility, where applicable, will be governed by the agreed advertising terms and ODELA’s Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Once an advertising period expires, the promotional placement may automatically end unless renewed.

ODELA may request changes to advertisements that do not comply with this policy.
Material changes requested by an advertiser after campaign approval may require additional review and may affect campaign timing.
16. Rejection or Removal of Advertising
ODELA reserves the right to reject, suspend, restrict, or remove advertising that:

- Violates another ODELA policy
- Violates applicable law
- Contains misleading information
- Creates security or safety concerns
- Could harm users or the ODELA platform
Where appropriate, advertisers may be informed of the reason.

Advertisers are responsible for ensuring destination pages are legitimate, functional, safe, and consistent with the advertisement.
ODELA is not responsible for transactions or activities occurring on independently operated third-party websites.
18. Intellectual Property
Advertisers must have appropriate rights to use all submitted:
- Logos
- Photos
- Videos
- Brand names
- Trademarks
- Graphics
- Text
- Other creative materials
ODELA may remove content following a valid intellectual property complaint.

Advertisers must not improperly collect, use, or disclose personal information obtained through ODELA.
